First, explain why water is generated during the refrigeration of automobile air conditioner. The refrigeration principle of automobile air conditioner is that high-temperature and high humidity air passes through the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant flowing into the evaporator on the evaporator surface. The air from the evaporator surface becomes low-temperature air. Because the air saturation points at different temperatures are different, When high-temperature gas turns into low-temperature gas, some water will condense, so air conditioning refrigeration has two effects: one is to reduce the temperature of the cab, and the other is to reduce the humidity of the cab. The principle of automobile air conditioning refrigeration and demisting is the same. The reason for demisting is that there is a temperature difference and high humidity. Air conditioning refrigeration can meet these two conditions at the same time. Therefore, the speed of using refrigeration and demisting in summer is very fast.

So when the car air conditioner is cooled, it will produce condensed water. How is this water discharged out of the car? 3. The drain of the air-conditioning shell is blocked, and the condensed water cannot be discharged from the drain, resulting in ponding in the cab. I have encountered this situation. When the mold manufacturer produced the air-conditioning shell, the process parameters were not well controlled, resulting in blocking of the drain, resulting in ponding in a batch of vehicles.

4. The outlet of the drain pipe is blocked. Disassemble the drain pipe for troubleshooting and clean the blockage.
